Our traditional Finnish sauna with temperatures of 80 to 100°C invites you to sweat, along with the more moderate bio sauna with a pleasant 55 to 60°C. A visit to the sauna is beneficial for body and spirit, relaxes muscles, strengthens the immune system and has a pleasant and balancing effect on your mood.

Let off steam. Or let it in? At 45 to 48°C, our steam bath feels utterly pleasant. The high humidity acts stimulating and cleanses the skin, ensures better circulation and stimulates the metabolism. We recommend a stay of 15 to 20 minutes.

Infrared cabin

Next to the steam bath and the sauna experience, our wellness area also offers an infrared cabin with beneficial effects on body and mind thanks to its gentle rays. Compared to the sauna, a visit is easier on the circulation but still has an excellent relaxing effect.

Those who love bubbles are in the right place! The invigorating whirlpool that is part of our wellness landscape is the perfect place to really lay back. The gentle underwater massage stimulates the circulation and works miracles for body and soul.
